                          In-Class Activities

There is a set of in-class activities which we wish you to work on in teams. These in-class activities are designed to have you work with the key concepts and ideas in this course. Thus top priority in your studying in this course should be successfully completing these activities. Keith and Ted will be circulating among the teams while they work on the activities, serving as resource persons to assist the teams in successfully completing the activity, to listen to and comment on the teams’ proposed solutions and explanations; and to give feedback on the work that you have done. There will be times when teams are competing for our attention. Please don’t expect us to know a priori when you need our input. You will have to ask for it, and if you feel your team is being neglected, you need to let us know: the sooner the better.
