Ways to Recycle Computers

1. Donating computers.

Your old computers can be used by people in your community or in other countries.  There are still many people who don't have computers, so even your old computers would be appreciated by them.

2. Giving computers to a recycling company

Your old computers have parts made of precious metals, such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, iridium, and tin alloys.  Also, heavy metals that are toxic to many species are contained in computers.  By recycling parts and metals of computers, these toxins can be disposed of properly.

Where are the high-value metals located?
