Supplying New France

The Ile d'Orleans was not only the historic granary and winery of New France, it remains today home to several wineries, organic farms, and cider makers. It also is home to some of Quebec's most renowned producers of maple syrup, whose produce supplies that Quebec snack and dessert institution, the sugar shack.
